Cali Horse Festival – Festival Policy

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Cali Horse Festival (“Festival”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and respect of all guests, performers, vendors, and staff.
General Admission

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled.

Admission includes access to scheduled shows, live music, festival grounds, and designated activities. Some attractions may require additional fees.
Parking & Transportation

On-site parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We strongly advise guests to use ride-share services to reach the festival to reduce congestion and ensure easier access.

The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles or belongings left inside vehicles.
Accessibility

The festival grounds are located on a working ranch, which includes areas of uneven ground and natural terrain.

Limited handicap accessibility is available; please be aware that terrain may be challenging for wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers.

We will do our best to accommodate guests, but encourage planning ahead for comfort and mobility needs.
Health & Safety

For the safety of all guests, security screenings may be conducted at entry points.

Outside food, beverages, alcohol, glass containers, and coolers are not permitted.

The Festival is a smoke free environment.

Certified service animals are welcome; pets are not allowed. Emotional support animals do not qualify as a certified service animal.

The Festival is a family-friendly environment; disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted:

Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)

Illegal substances or paraphernalia

Fireworks, explosives, or flammable materials

Drones or unauthorized recording equipment

Large umbrellas, tents, or shade structures that block views
Photography & Media

By attending, you grant the Cali Horse Festival permission to use photos, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.

Personal cameras and phones are welcome, but professional photography and videography require prior approval.
Vendors & Purchases

Food, beverage, and merchandise vendors are independent businesses. The Festival is not responsible for the quality, pricing, or transactions between vendors and guests.
Weather Policy

The festival will proceed rain or shine.

In case of severe weather that compromises safety, the schedule may be adjusted, delayed, or canceled. Updates will be provided via our website and social media channels.
Liability Disclaimer
By entering the festival grounds, you voluntarily assume all risks related to attendance, including injury, illness, or property damage. The Festival, its organizers, staff, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained.
